Soaking pool, sauna, lounge chairs. Check out their website. Suits are optional at times, so you want to know what you are getting yourself into before you go especially if you are with friends.

If you're looking to soak in a heated pool (literally a giant hot tub), or relax in a sauna or steam room, I would highly recommend the everett house. (note: It is clothing optional and mixed gender)
