Much to recommend here, but in particular, check out Sophie's unique range of barre classes at the Discobarre Studio (discobarre.com). Feel the burn whilst moving to an ever-changing beat. About a 30-minute walk from my flat, but worth it. And there are some great brunch options nearby to help re-fuel after.

Fresh tasting and Freshly cooked food ranging from delicious Sea Bass dishes to Chicken and Falafel wraps. They also have lunch time deals which are great value for money between 12-5pm
