This restaurant delivers simplicity like nowhere else. Perfect comfort food, totally refined, with a view of the breakers smashing up and down the coast. If a bag of sea urchins happens to come through the door during service, they’ll likely turn up as a special a few minutes later. Chef Sean Moran even dresses every table with roses from his Blue Mountains property. Now open for weekend breakfast, they serve scrambled eggs with Gruyère puffs and locally caught crab, house-made sausages, and bowls of colourful seasonal fruit. The fact they’re doing breakfast is still relatively unknown, so getting table isn’t too hard.

Bondi institution. Good place for a special meal, all home grown produce, only 4 things on the menu, bit more expensive than other Bondi restaurants, but worth it
