other Ethiopian restaurant, has a bit of a better (though more crowded) vibe than Abyssinia. Coffee, popcorn, shiro, and veggie platters are yum.

Delicious Ethiopian, amazing prices! Make sure to ask for extra shiro. Try the tej (honey wine) and ambo (naturally sparkling mineral water that they import specially from Addis)

They serve ethiopian food. Its a great spot because you dont need to make a reservation. You Just walk in, the place is quite large and most menu items will take less than 15 minutes to be ready. Address: Argwings Kodhek Rd, Nairobi

Restaurante chino
“For fuss-free, frills-free, body-warming, soul-filling hot pot, go to Little Sheep. A very kind couple from Shanghai has been running this restaurant for years. I've been to fancier hot pots that are sometimes good sometimes $$$, but I always end up coming back to Little Sheep. The more the merrier, so bring a big group.”

Espacio para eventos
“iHub is Nairobi’s original co-working space and it’s where the Silicon Savannah really started. It’s the heart of the innovation ecosystem in Nairobi where entrepreneurs come together to share ideas and develop concepts. The space is open-plan and modern, with gaming chairs, a coffee bar, and a balcony where you can get great views of the city. The guy to know is Antony Njoroge. He’s a senior programmer who is based at iHub most days and who knows everyone in the space, having developed a lot of tech solutions himself. Just go in and ask around for him and he’ll show you around. They’re all really friendly at iHub!”
