This is a Castle Rock local favorite for breakfast. They serve a classic American breakfast and fresh-squeezed orange juice. A couple things to note - they are extremely busy on weekends, so we recommend reserving your spot on their waitlist via their online website to avoid a long wait time there and the portion sizes can be quite large.
