You can spend hours here! Beautiful bird sanctuary. No charge to get in. I understand there is a little fishing pond for children. Plus there is a Blue Bird Festival in June. Check them out! (Closed on Mondays)

The Ellis Bird Farm consists of a grain elevator built in 1937 and is the oldest standing "seed elevator" in Alberta.

A MUST SEE gorgeous place to go walking and take in the natural surroundings, various birds, perennial gardens and tea house (the Saskatoon berry pie is amazing!). Access is free or by donation. Kids will love the displays.

This is a beautiful reserve with a tea house and activities for young and old. Meander at your leasure and listen and watch the Bluebirds, Martins and other Alberta birds.

It is located on the North Bank Trail adjacent to the Red Deer River. The Site Three Mile Bend is located on 76 Street, accessed from Riverside Drive.
