The Pier house has a very nice restaurant and bar, it's in Port Appin a short ferry journey from Lismore. Take the passenger ferry at the North end of the island, it takes about 7 minutes. The bar/restaurant is straight off the ferry. in summer you may have to book ahead.

Good bar area for a relaxing coffee or something a bit stronger & or longer. Do good bar meals too. For a special treat their restaurant has fantastic seafood.
