This is in Leigh Old Town and great for food and drinks. Very busy during the season, but much seating outside as well as inside.

Good Pub food. Sit outside with a view of Leigh old Town and the river. Parking is usually a 10 minute stroll away from the pub. Very busy at the weekend but worth the effort.
