Lovely secret garden ( with bee hives) in the centre and great cafe. Fantastic trails, play parks for all ages - also visit the ducks, terns and Canada geese at the very large pond. In 1765 at the age of 8, William Blake saw his first vision while walking on Peckham Rye. ‘A tree filled with angels, bright angelic wings bespangling every bough like stars.’. Map co-ordinates for the tree are: 51.455867,-0.063448. An Oak tree was re-planted here in 2011 to commemorate this event.

One of the bigger local parks. The southern end is the most lush, with lots of trees and a picnic area.
Oh so beautiful in the spring....london summer park life - you can't beat it...... magical in autumn....and wonderful for wrapped up winter walks.
