There are no waiters at this healthy, casual salads-and-sandwiches shop in Malibu. You just order at the counter and head outside to the picnic tables. You’ll meet a lot of dog people headed off hiking up Zuma or Solstice Canyon. It’s really healthy food, too—perfect for the surfers and celebrities who come here. It’s very laid back. If you wear anything but flip flops in the summer or Uggs in the winter, you’ll be marked as a tourist.
