Blue Bistro / Grotto is a Capitol Hill institution that should not be missed. Amazing service and suggestions. Stunning menu with comfort food and a vast variety of choices

Even though the menu takes a solid 20 minutes to read (very, very detailed descriptions of the food and drinks..), the food is great and the friendly staff will make it worth your while. :)

Decent bar with a cool atmosphere and great staff. It has a very eclectic and delicious menu, with open air seating area.

This is a restaurant and bar- with emphasis on the bar. They have a 5 page cocktail menu and great vegan and vegetarian food options. (Plus you can get a romantic private booth!)
