Awesome place, worth the price, perfect location, quiet residential neighborhood, chocolates and power bar coffee and teas provided.

This Airbnb had bikes boogie boards and beach towel/ chairs available to guest! Highly suggest taking advantage! A beautiful greenbelt on the beach with cute shops and good restaurants is only 8 min bike ride from Airbnb! The place itself was clean cozy and as described. Hosts were very responsive, check in/check out was simple, and environment was friendly and quiet. Would recommend for your next vaca in San Diego:)

Quiet, Peaceful little airbnb in a gorgeous neighborhood.

Kai was a great host and made sure to welcome us upon our arrival :) Letting us use the beach towels and bikes was a really nice touch that helped make the stay even better. Parking was easy, check-in/out was easy, and the stay as a whole was an awesome experience. Would definitely book with Kai and Bev again!!
