Great home in a perfect location. Janet was very accommodating and her home was absolutely perfect. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for 2 couples in Sayulita.

Janet was an exceptional host and her property was absolutely beautiful. She made sure to stay in contact and anticipate our needs the entire stay. The home was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Walking distance to the best shopping and beaches. Janet personally connected me with local golf cart and transportation vendors whom I will use again in the future. She was a lovely person and we plan to stay at this oasis again.

Janet’s place is beautiful, modern, and clean. We appreciated the quiet location and had a lovely stay. Janet is a very attentive host who gave lots of local recommendations and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything.

Location: nice & quiet, two blocks to the beach (the less busy northside of the beach), very close to a number of good eating places, >10-minute walk to the downtown, and not on the hill!
Property Management: The Tu Casa team were excellent and very helpful. Two of them met us upon arrival and provided helpful information. Janet popped by to introduce herself as well. They were very responsive via a W/A group chat, and happy to help with anything related to the property, or visiting Sayulita.
House: Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything you need. Excellent coffee table books!
Yard and pool: Lovely area and all rooms open out onto this. As disclosed, there is a camera pointed at the swimming pool. The owner resides on the upper levels (separate entrances) but takes care not to be intrusive.

Sayulita was a lovely spot for a vacation. We would return to this town, and to this property!
