My name is Shawn because my dad was hoping I’d be a boy. I didn’t totally disappoint. Growing up I played just about every sport there was: softball, swimming, gymnastics, bowling, you name it. In college I was on the crew team. In my twenties my big things were Ultimate Frisbee and mountain biking. In my thirties I started snowboarding and fell in love with trail running in Marin County. Lately its been all about triathlons with some skydiving and rock climbing mixed in.
