I am Tenzing Gurung, i am ex-tibetan buddhism monk . I spent 15 years in Monastery. i finished my master degree on buddhism philosophy on 2010. On 2015 I finished one and half year meditation inside cave with another 6 monks. On 2016 i started yoga and meditation retreat center. on 2017 we established children home and kindergarten school for disadvantaged children.
