Cooking alongside Chef Maryam was so great! She is absolutely a top professional as well as a charming and kind teacher. She can adapt her instruction technique to any level of experience and interest. Everyone walks away with new skills and the satisfaction of enjoying a delicious meal that they can recreate at home! This class was so fun, educational, and the food was amazing. We can’t wait to make these dishes again at home! We learned a lot around spices and tips we haven’t heard before. Would highly recommend!
