Enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Jim's FROG. Exactly as described. Very nice couple and very accommodating. checkin and checkout were very easy. be prepared for about a 100 yard trek with your luggage to go around their house, through there backyard, to the rental FROG next door (rear entrance). But, all in all, very nice place to stay for a couple and great neighborhood. The only suggestion I have is that a digital antennae be hooked up to the TV for free TV reception. I bought a cheap antenae at Ace hardware for $19 and was able to pull in 45 channels. Thanks, Jim, for your hospitality and very nice place to stay. We'll be back in the future.

My in laws had a wonderful stay at Jims place. He was very responsive regarding questions and clarification on a few details. The location was perfect for the quick visit and the FROG was very clean. This airBnB does not have wifi access and therefore no TV hook up for streaming. However, Jim was quick to respond with a possible solution. Hopefully this can be added for a further visit as my in-laws would stay there again. Thanks Jim!

Excellent stay in the Charleston area. Would definitely return if we had the chance!
