I was in town for a conference, found this place, just what I was looking for, great location and Jie is a great host. It doesn't replace a hotel, but if you need a place that covers the basics, this is it. If I come down this way again, I plan on staying here.

I felt like home, very clean and a great space, just to move to the most closest beach you need a car, fortunately I went driving to LA.
