At first I was a little concerned due to some issues with getting there and than some appliance issue. That went away real quick as the host was more than responsive and proactive in fact offered a partial refund. on check out day my flights got canceled i had no reservations for a room. i received a message from the host and he let me stay one additional day at no cost. This is a great place with great customer service

Very fast communication

The apartment's location is excellent. I can access to the pool, park, and playground, and it's safe and has a great atmosphere, even at night.

However, the cleanliness of the accommodation was very disappointing. There were even cockroach..
