Easy check in, clean comfortable rooms, Raul’s place was perfect for my one night passing through town. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Raul's airbnb is perfect for what I needed. A nice, quiet, clean place to sleep while in town for a tournament. I wasn't looking for a rental where I would spend all day at, just a place to keep my stuff, sleep and shower. That's exactly what Raul provided.

The room was extremely clean. The mattress was super comfortable. Heavy curtains to block out any light. TV. There is a small fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Exactly what I needed. Waters and a few snacks in the main fridge.

I'll admit when looking at the rules of the house, I laughed a little bit. No singing, etc. But when I saw the layout of the rooms, all the rules made sense. Seeing as to how this airbnb is basically just a place to crash, I certainly wouldn't want to hear anyone singing at 11PM. Or get up at 2AM to use the bathroom, walk out into the hallway and see someone coming out of the bathroom naked!

I will definitely be staying here again when I have to attend tournaments in Riverside in the future.

Great room. The space was very clean and Raul was super helpful and responsive with some questions I had about the area. Would stay here again!
