septiembre de 2023I’m not gonna repeat what other reviews say about the good and bad - they are all true. There was hot water in the shower tho, it just took a while. I appreciate the little details, like the make up removal and sunscreen in the bathroom.
Overall it was an okay stay for a night or two. Basically it’s just a room with a bathroom and some amenities. I won’t stay again because of issues other people listed, but if you don’t mind it then it should be fine. My partner seemed to enjoy the stay.

septiembre de 2023It's really a room, rather than what I would consider a studio. Yes, there's a bathroom, but the place is much smaller than we expected. We wanted to be in La Jolla and yes, you're there and it's obviously a beautiful place. Part of not realizing the size of the place is my fault, not the owner. But just to know going in, don't expect a big place. It's more of a place to crash for the night.

agosto de 2023Arrived on site with unclear entrance sign. Furniture obstructed path. Entered humid unit with mold + no kitchen surface to make food. Contacted host@ 9:45AM to request checkout + inquire about refund for remaining days. Host responded asking if there was anything wrong with the room. After sharing our list of concerns, host ignored our texts/phone calls for the remainder of day. We called air bnb for help + they relayed that she was unwilling to give us any kind of refund + suggested we cancel the reservation. At 11:44pm we received a message from the host accusing us of staying at her place for free even though we paid in full. "11am is our check-out time and it's now 10:30pm and you haven't left. Please exit our premises immediately...You are now trespassing because you canceled your stay." She threatened to call law enforcement saying that she felt unsafe. Host said she will post a video of me up righting a rotten piece of wood in the pathway to claim vandalism. Airbnb Full refund

1.The Wi-Fi is sucks,we need reconnect for so many times per day,always I didn’t realize that when I use my phone,my phone switched to 5G..And because of this,I use out of my 5G data…
2.And we don’t have hot water for shower,my friends and I always complain that,We even buy a small bucket to hold hot water from sink for so many times,we do this for 3 nights.Could you believe that?
3.very dark outside and the door is transparent,the curtain lacks some part,you even could hear some strange sounds,I am afraid to sleep,very terrible oh my god.And one night I sleep at 2.30am because I am afraid.
4.The light is not bright,my eyes feel uncomfortable.
5.The TV we can’t use,there is something wrong.The quilt is too thin so I get cold one day,especially the night in SD is so cold!!
6.The road from the entrance to my room is so dark!!!!
7.The owner reply your message very slowly and I call her,don’t reply us. It seems that she doesn’t care about us so much.
